1. Who we are
"Tron Vault," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Tron Vault platform and virtual card services described on this website. We provide technology that links eligible USDT (TRC20) balances to virtual payment credentials for authorized spending, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.
3. The service
Tron Vault offers virtual card functionality tied to digital asset balances as described at the time you enroll. Onboarding may include connecting a compatible wallet so that an eligible USDT (TRC20) address can be associated with your card profile and credentials as shown in the product. Features, limits, supported networks, merchants, and geographic availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Certain functions depend on third-party networks (including the TRON blockchain), card schemes, and payment processors; we are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control.
4. Digital assets & conversion
When you fund or spend through the service, USDT (TRC20) and equivalent value may be quoted, converted, or settled according to our then-current rules, partner arrangements, and market conditions. You acknowledge that digital asset markets are volatile and that network fees may apply. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
5. Fees
Fees disclosed in the product interface, checkout flow, or pricing page apply. We may change fees with reasonable notice where required by law. You authorize us and our partners to deduct applicable fees from your balance or settlement.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use Tron Vault for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or to violate third-party rights. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service, freeze or reverse transactions, and cooperate with law enforcement where permitted. You will not attempt to probe, disrupt, or circumvent our systems or security.
7. KYC & compliance
Depending on your tier, jurisdiction, or transaction profile, we or our partners may require identity verification, source-of-funds information, or enhanced due diligence. Failure to complete verification may result in limits or loss of access. You consent to such checks as a condition of using higher-limit or regulated features.
8. Intellectual property
The Tron Vault name, logo, UI, documentation, and related materials are protected. Except for the limited right to use the service, no license is granted. "TRON," "USDT," and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that data will be error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Tron Vault nor its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tron Vault and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal obligation, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including fees owed, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our commercial agreements with you, or where none is stated, by the laws applicable to the operating entity's place of incorporation, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
