1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed by Tron Vault in connection with our services. It does not govern third-party sites or apps that we do not control. Our Terms of Service apply alongside this Policy.
2. Information we collect
Account & profile. Name, email, phone, country, language preferences, and security settings you provide when you register or communicate with us.
Verification. Government-issued ID, selfie or liveness data, proof of address, and related information when you choose higher limits or when law or our partners require verification.
Transaction & usage. Card activity metadata, merchant categories (where available), timestamps, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and logs used for fraud prevention, support, and service improvement.
Blockchain data. Public on-chain addresses and transaction hashes you use to fund the service are visible on public ledgers; we may associate them with your account for reconciliation and compliance.
Support & communications. Content of emails, chats, and calls with our team.
3. How we use information
We process personal data to: provide and personalize the service; authenticate users; process payments and prevent fraud; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; enforce our terms; analyze and improve performance; communicate service and security notices; and, where permitted, send marketing (you may opt out).
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics) balanced against your rights; consent (e.g., optional marketing cookies); and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We share information with vetted service providers (hosting, KYC, card issuance, analytics, customer support) who process it on our instructions. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset transfer. We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense; where "sale" is defined broadly by local law, we provide choices as required.
6. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and regulatory retention periods. Verification media may be retained in line with anti–money laundering rules and then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and device protection.
9. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us using the details on our website. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tools for essential operation, preferences, analytics, and (where allowed) marketing. You can control cookies through browser settings; some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and adjust the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
13. Contact
For privacy inquiries or requests, contact us through the official channels published on the Tron Vault website. Please include your name, the nature of your request, and a secure way to reach you.
